These terms apply when you buy from LipAfrika through this website.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by WhatsApp or email. If a product turns out to be unavailable after you've ordered, we'll let you know and refund anything you've paid for it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in South African rand. Delivery is shown separately at checkout before you place your order. Orders paid by EFT are sent once the payment reflects in our account.

Delivery

We send orders with the delivery option you choose. Delivery times are estimates from the delivery companies. Once your parcel reaches your PEP store or PUDO locker, please collect it within the time the delivery company allows.

Returns

See our delivery and returns policy. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not affected.

Using our products

Check the ingredients before use if you have allergies or sensitive skin, and stop using a product if it irritates.
